We are currently looking for a Social Media Marketing (SMM) Coordinator / Junior Team Lead who can manage client accounts, coordinate with the creative team, and ensure smooth execution of social media projects.
Role Overview
The SMM Coordinator will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts, planning content strategies, coordinating with designers and video editors, and ensuring timely delivery of all client deliverables.
This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate multiple social media client accounts
* Plan and prepare monthly social media content calendars
* Coordinate with graphic designers and reel/video editors for content creation
* Ensure timely scheduling and publishing of posts across platforms
* Handle basic Meta Ads campaign setup and monitoring
* Track performance and maintain reporting sheets
* Communicate with clients for content approvals and feedback
* Ensure smooth execution of all social media deliverables
Required Skills
* Good understanding of Instagram and Facebook marketing
* Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
* Ability to plan social media content strategies
* Basic copywriting skills for captions and posts
* Strong coordination and communication skills
* Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, or scheduling platforms
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a digital marketing agency
* Experience handling multiple client accounts
* Basic understanding of performance marketing and social media analytics
